I recently moved to a “ new” (built 2015), upon inspection before closing, the inspector reported “ poor “ drainage from down spout, which resulted in water going into the crawl space during heavy rain. I received three different quotes (for the exactly same work to be completed); to re-route all (8) down spouts away from the foundation in order to prevent water going into the crawl space. Ramirez’s quote was by far the best deal for the same work quoted by others. They completed the job in two days and the crawl space is dry without evidence of moisture. I’d highly recommend Ramirez’s Landscaping… they ‘re honest, strong communication habits via text and outstanding work quality! ~ Elias R
After interviewing several landscaping companies, we hired Ramirez Landscaping to transform our backyard from an uneven, muddy, mossy, root-infested area into a lawn. Under Henry’s direction, they did an excellent job, removing large stubborn masses of roots, grading the area to improve drainage, adding topsoil and peat moss to provide an excellent substrate for the seed to grow, and providing erosion control fabric for the anticipated heavy rain. The work was performed as promised and on schedule. Henry is extremely knowledgeable about installing and maintaining lawns. He is easy to contact and responds quickly with answers to questions. He followed up on the progress of the lawn, and returned several weeks after the grass was installed to evaluate the result (excellent), providing further information on maintenance. This company is an excellent value for the price and has my strongest recommendation. ~ Mary R
I couldn’t be happier with the work Henry and his crew did for me. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The garden beds were perfectly edged and planted, the shrubs were trimmed with care, and everything was cleaned up before they left — it looks better than I imagined.
